I think that the TPACK quest is a very interactive way of getting students to participate during lessons and activities. For students in higher grade levels and post-secondary education such as myself, I personally believe that the idea of getting a reward or a badge, would not motivate them in school as much as it would for students in elementary schools. Younger students are with their very own class every minute of every day, and are able to view their success constantly, along with their classmates. The TPACK quest will give these youngsters something to look forward to everyday. This will motivate young students to participate during class and do their homework. I enjoyed completing the TPACK quest, only because I knew I was learning how to use different online tools that would essentially benefit me in the future. The badges didn't excite me too much. Younger students will see this tangible reward and thrive to achieve it. I highly encourage gamifiication in the classroom as students will learn different modes of technology and different ways of thinking.
